I was born with a stroke that affected the entire left side of my body, leaving my left arm with almost no mobility and giving me a noticeable limp. Growing up, my parents didn’t shelter me—they let me try, fail, and try again. Whether it was riding a bike, tying my shoes, or handling everyday tasks, I had to figure it out on my own.

That experience shaped who I am. I learned early that the only way to grow is to face the struggle head‑on and work through it. My journey in the gym became a turning point, helping me gain better control and mobility in my left side and proving to myself that progress is always possible.

Along the way, I was blessed with great friends who supported me through every high and low. Now, I want to be that same kind of support for this community—to remind you that you’re not alone in the fight.

Today, I’m a hardworking man who takes care of his family and refuses to let my disability stop me from anything. This is when I founded D+SABLED LLC. The name itself represents being positively (+) disabled, with an emphasis on ABLED. Shopping with us, supports that strength has no default setting.
